1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Shirtero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to any car illustrations, designs, or logos you upload. However, you grant Shirtero a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print this content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your orders.
- Our Content: The Shirtero brand, store builder tech, and AI rendering engine are the exclusive property of Shirtero.
4. Production & Fulfillment
While we strive for perfection, variance in print color and alignment is characteristic of print-on-demand. Claims for defects must be made within 14 days of delivery. Shirtero is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or global supply chain interruptions.
5. Payments & Fees
Shirtero charges a platform fee (depending on your plan) and a base production cost for each internal SKU. All fees are clearly displayed before order placement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shirtero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
